Joseph Fassari - 04/22/09 11:16:01 - 75.97.129.118A lifetime warranty does not work if nobody's there to honor. I just found out that when I tried to make a inquiry to fix my sump pump. I found out JES is out of business in NE Pa. Although there are other Jes's in the country. There is nobody to honor the warranty since they are all independently owned. I also had lifetime warranty from a company called Bdry systems. they handed me a $4,000 bill when I asked them why I still had water in the basement. Thats where Jes comes in. I let them repair my basement. Now I got burnt twice. If your refinishing your basement do not pay the extra bucks to get the warranty. Instead there laymen at there that will do the job at one-half the cost. Just check there references/ DO NOT BUY THAT LIFETIME @#$%?><!
