Our goal is to help elevate women in aviation maintenance and related fields and find ways to network and support each other in this field. Open to both men and women with membership opportunities for students and corporations consisting of maintenance technicians, engineers, teachers, scientists, vendors and pilots that support maintenance in one form or another.

The Whirly-Girls is a non-profit, educational and charitable organization dedicated to advancing women in helicopter aviation.

The International Aviation Womens Association includes women of achievement in all facets of aviation and aerospace. IAWA members reflect the breadth of accomplishment of women in aviation and aerospace. IAWA members provide a worldwide network of professional aviation contacts and promote the advancement of women in international aviation.
