Welcome to Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN) online. Located in the scenic western mountains of Maine, FCHN is a locally controlled, nonprofit, integrated network of rural health-care providers, created by Franklin Memorial Hospital in 1991. The network now includes five affiliates.
