The MEMS Exchange
The MEMS Exchange project allows users to design and execute custom process sequences through our network of distributed MEMS fabricators. Process sequences are allowed to cross the boundaries between fabrication sites to provide full process design flexibility and to take advantage of the core competencies of the fabrication nodes.
