In addition, the Council will monitor developments in psychology, pharmacology, holistic studies, biomedical engineering, the neurosciences, computer arts and sciences, and telecommunications. We will encourage the investigation and development of those that offer potential for increasing the effectiveness of spiritual practices in the service of personal transformation and social evolution.
