NorCal, a group of some 2, 000+ QRP enthusiasts. Started in Northern California (hence the name) in 1993, it now has spread world-wide, with members in all 50 states and some 75 countries. But, while this growth is remarkable, we are not in the numbers game; rather, our interest is to promote QRP fellowship, by means of our monthly meetings, our quarterly, and our club projects.

QRP Amateur Radio Club International, an organization begun in the early 60s has grown to over 10, 000 members. The club is international in nature with members all over the world. Club members like to build and/or operate small, low powered rigs.
