Those that don't die at childbirth, often abandon their children in the hope that they will be discovered by someone who will be able to care for them. The extended family, once so prevalent in the African culture, has been eroded due to poverty and HIV/AIDS.

The mission of WORLD ORPHANS is to rescue orphaned and abandoned children in developing countries around the world. This is accomplished by funding construction of non-and interdenominational, Christ-centered, church-based orphanages, while our ministry partners provide for the ongoing needs of the children and the staff.
