The members of AARC participated using the P43HQ call in the 1999 IARU HF Championship. This group has been making steady progress in this contest over the years. Thanks to all the stations that were contacted with this year and we hope to meet you again in 2000.

The Radio Club of Costa Rica is the representing institution of the Costa Rican radio hams, official member of the Union the International of Radioaficionados (IARU) and the Federation of Radio hams of Central America (FRACAP).

In the year of 1966 one forms what is today the Radius Tegucigalpa Club which was founded the 19 of March of that same year. Being its first organizational session day 16 of April of 1966.
